Communicating with the community is a crucial piece in providing services in Union County. Funding is needed to help with the costs in printing materials such as the annual report,
newsletters & special event advertising. Being a Communication Supporter will greatly help in defraying these costs.

DAY CAMP
SPONSORSHIP
Each year the 4-H & Youth Development hosts day camps for youth in Union County to
include programs such as sewing, farming, gardening, cooking and civic & community
involvement. Funding is important for these camps to help provide the supplies needed to
produce each camp. You can sponsor a week-long day camp that is currently in place or develop a new day camp focused on an area that you believe is important to the growth of the youth in our area and that coincides with 4-H programming.

SPONSOR-A-CHILD
The foundation provides several scholarships to youth in Union County for use at events such as the overnight camp, day camps, NC
4-H Congress, and
4-H Electric Congress, just to name a few. You may earmark your contribution for a specific program or event or simply make an unrestricted contribution.

Funding programs for young people of Union County is an ongoing project. The Foundation has a variety of ways for you to support these efforts from sponsoring a child to sponsoring an event to sponsoring a specific program.
ANNUAL CAMPAIGN
Each fall information is disseminated about our annual campaign. This is your opportunity
to show that you support the children in Union County. You have the option of a one-time donation or a monthly donation, in the amount of your choice. You can be sure that your donation will go directly for the valuable programs we support.
EVENT SPONSORSHIP
The foundation hosts our signature fundraiser - Dancin' in the Clover in March. We offer sponsorship opportunities at various levels for each event that range from $250-$5,000. In addition to financial contributions, we welcome goods and services that will help defray from the costs to host such events. Each event has unique needs, so feel free to contact us to determine
